In the holy month of ramadan, muslims around the world observe fasting (no food or water) from sunrise to sunset. this makes it difficult for many people to continue their physical wellness in the. I know this from experience because i use to do that every ramadan and i use to gain alot of fat, lose my size, and lose strength. i recommend something different..use moderate weigths as in something u can do 15 reps with and do do sets of 12 reps but do them slowly. 1.5 seconds up.and 2 secpnds down.. However, during ramadan this is difficult to achieve in one go with people wanting to make the most of the social occasions and periods of eating. so splitting this into two phases can also work. strength training . if your goal is to burn fat, lose weight or build muscle, then strength training is the key to getting a better body..
