We have just moved into a house that has a fairly new nice looking shed about 7 x 6 ft. unfortunately the rear long wall is built against a low bank about 2ft high. when it rains, water comes through the blocks of the wall and between the floor and the base of the first layer of blocks. it's block built with a wooden framed pitch roof..
